I'm feeling great after my first week of P90x! Woot woot! Jordan and I are doing it together! ...we don't actually have the luxury of working out TOGETHER, but we both hold each other accountable for doing our P90x work-outs 6 days a week! :) I am looking forward to seeing some SERIOUS results! I feel better already, and I am hoping that means there are ABS in my future! LOL.

My husband has been doing it for 6 weeks and he's already lost over 15 pounds. Hopefully this baby will come soon so I can join him. I'm interested to see how you like it because just from watching him it looks hard!
ReplyDeleteOKay so I have a love hate relationship with P90X! I love a few of them, like Cardio-X and Legs are a couple days I enjoy. But upper body- I hate. The other day I quite half way through because I was bored out of my skull! I can't sit and lift weights at a snails pace and enjoy myself. So I decided that I am going to do just the ones I like (luckily these ones are difficult)- so it really should help me. I will also do Zumba or Insanity on days I cant get to the 'gym'(my in-laws) to do to P90X. I also have a hard time finding time to get a full hour to myself to work out 6 days per week (with 2 kiddos). The first week I got 5 days and this week I will only have gotten 4 days. --Hopefully you wont have that problem :) I also noticed that it was much more difficult to lose the weight after baby #2, but I think its because I was in a hurry to get it off this time!! I will keep you updated!
