This is a meal that we made this past weekend 'before' we officially started our health kick and is a complete great meal for the entire family!
Basil Salmon with green beans and grape tomatoes:
- I season the salmon and add a fresh basil herb blend (comes in a tube-produce section)
- I broil the salmon 7-10 min.
- Green beans are fresh in a steam bag (4 min) add seasoning and EVOO.
- Sprinkle grape tomatoes plain (can also grill them)
Korean BBQ Lettuce Wraps.
Marinated chicken, oriental rice, crisp veggies, and toasted almonds, in lettuce cups
